We will take a personalized approach to your training plan, monitor your progress, and make adjustments as needed along the way.
Small Group Training
Do you have a friend or partner with similar training goals? Small group personal training still offers what we do best – a personalized approach!
In small group sessions, you will still be able to enjoy the company of your workout buddies with the added benefit of a trainer who is able to tailor and modify the workouts so that they are safe and effective for each person in your group.
Join us in person, virtually, or for a concierge-level service we can meet your group at a mutually agreed upon location.
In-Home or
Remote Coaching
Not local to the Triangle? No problem! We offer a variety of virtual and remote training options with weekly or monthly check-ins via Zoom and guided workouts via our training app.
Near the Triangle but no time to travel? We will come to you! With a concierge-level services we will meet you in a mutually agreed upon location (home, office or public meeting space). We will even bring the equipment if needed!
